Project: Construction of the on and off-site infrastructure required for a new 1,500 home development.

Services comprise Cost Consultancy and Employer’s representative on all Infrastructure, including coordinating statutory services installations and diversions within the works programme. The same duties were also carried out on enabling works including archaeological investigations and ecological works. Works include new roundabout and signalised junction on A41 dual carriageway, new bypass, development Spine Road, balancing ponds and utilities. Works are procured on an ICE Design and Build form of contract.
