Mark Dadswell (Director)

Mark is a Chartered Surveyor and has been with ADCC since 2006. He has valuable experience across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, ecclesiastical, large scale infrastructure and highway schemes as well as extensive quantity surveying and contract administration experience. Mark relishes the Lead Consultant role, and enjoys managing other consultants. Within the company Mark gets a good sense of satisfaction through aiding the development of junior members of staff and supervising their APC training.

Scott Parks (Director)

Scott is a Chartered Surveyor and has been with ADCC since 2004. He oversees the office workload as well as undertaking and supervising projects. He has considerable experience in most construction sectors and has worked on schemes as diverse as coal mine demolitions, rail bridges, residential schemes and major highway works. He enjoys the different roles, challenges and experiences that each new project brings.

Oliver Crisp (Director)

Oliver has been with ADCC since joining the business in 2004 and was promoted to the role of Director in April 2020. He is a Chartered Construction Manager with a broad experience in a wide range of project types, undertaking Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Contract Administration roles. Oliver has experience undertaking and overseeing schemes in residential, commercial, retail and industrial building projects, as well as strategic infrastructure, marine works and land remediation on a variety of Contracts. He is also our Health & Safety representative.

Lawrence Brooks (Director)

Lawrence worked for ADCC several years ago, as an Associate Director, before joining Davis Langdon LLP and has been working for us, as a Consultant since 2014. Lawrence is a Chartered Surveyor and has a wealth of experience across a broad range of sectors, including Industrial, Retail, Residential and Mixed-Use Developments.
