We are pleased to be recruiting again and are looking to fill the following vacancy:

Trainee Surveyor

Experience: None required.  We are looking for school leavers with a minimum of 280 UCAS points.  Preference will be given to candidates and achieving A2s in Maths, with either English, Geography, or a Science related subject, but we will consider other combinations.

Training we provide:  Fully funded from undergraduate to becoming Chartered.   Over the initial 5 years, you will study at university for one day per week and gain work experience for the remaining four days per week.   You will be provided with assistance and mentoring to be chartered.

Starting Salary: TBA.  All employees are given the option to join our non-contributory pension scheme and a Private Health Scheme for those over 25.

Assistant Surveyor

Experience: We are looking for those who are enrolled on, or have successfully completed, a suitable Quantity Surveyor degree course and ideally have some experience of quantity surveying.

Training we provide: Fully funded from undergraduate to becoming chartered.  If you are enrolled on a suitable course, you will study at university for one day per week and gain work experience for the remaining four days per week.   You will be provided with assistance and mentoring to become Chartered.

Starting Salary:  TBA.  All employees are given the option to join our non-contributory pension scheme and a Private Health Scheme for those over 25.

Annual Leave: 25 days with one additional day per each five years of continuous service. 

Personal Attributes:  Good written and verbal communications skills, initiative, and a willingness to follow as well as lead.

Driving: Being able to drive will be advantage but is not compulsory.

There is no need to provide a CV in a specific format.  We will be looking for a well structured application, paying particular attention to Personality and Qualifications.   We will expect you to have undertaken research for interview, and to have knowledge of the RICS, Quantity Surveying, and the routes you may take to become Chartered.  All you need to know can be found at www.rics.org.
